Breathing Exercise: Relax After a Meal

$1.99

This relaxation exercise was created to be done after your meal if you are feeling anxious. Taking just a few minutes to calm your nervous system can help with digestion, relieve anxiety, and lead to a more satisfying mealtime experience.

If you are particularly anxious after eating, your mind may wander while trying this relaxation exercise. That’s okay. Gently bring it back to my voice on the recording. You can start the recording again and again if you need to, until eventually your mind and body settle down and you can focus on your breath.

This relaxation exercise is best be paired with the audio download for deep breathing before a meal.

(4:13 minutes)

The price is in Canadian dollars. It will be converted to your local currency automatically when you check out.
